PP melt blown filter cartridge (PPF) is made from polypropylene material. It can remove
suspendedsubstances, particles and rust effectively. This cartridge usually works as the
prefiltration to protectthe behind filtration for water treatment system. Special cartridges
can be customized.
PP Filter Element
1. Brief Introduction:
PP filter element adopts polypropylene particles and is formed through heating, melting and spinning. PP filter element has even aperture and a deep filtration structure which is loose outside and dense inside, and has high filtration efficiency and good acid and alkali-resistance property, and impurities such as suspension substances, particles, iron scale and the like in liquid can be effectively removed.
2. Characteristics:
The filtration precision is high, the pressure loss is small, the flow is big, the dirt holding capacity is big, the service life is long, and the product is tasteless and odorless and does not have secondary pollution.
3. Usage:
The product can be widely used in filtering liquid in the industries such as pure water, electroplating solution, printed circuit board, solvent, dope, washing agent, medical water, oral solution, pharmaceutical injection solution, drinks, wine and the like, and can be used in filtering compressed air and gas.
